Messin with Memories Mist

I learned about Memory Mist in my amstamps (amstamps.com) Yahoo group. Finally after hearing so much about them I viewed Elaine Barr's You Tube video & I was HOOKED! It is like a pigment ink spray that leaves a watercolor type affect. It is made by Superior (stewartsuperior.com) & it's pretty new. I purchased mine on Ebay but Superior has some places listed on their website where it can be purchased. I used 4 colors for all of mine but there's apparently 12 colors available. I've done some pictures with just the backgrounds & then some I rubber stamped & laminated. These are done on a glossy type bookmarks. You can use on a matte type paper but it just has a different look. The colors I used on these were, Orange Juice, Blueberry Shake, Margarita & Mango Lemonade.

Kind of like a 60's memory!

I just love the way the colors mix together.

More backgrounds.

Some glossy cards done with 2 different crocheted doilies.

this stuff looks really cool. yet another thing to dabble in, right? the backgrounds with the doiles look pretty sweet and when you start building on them, think of the depth you'll get! hmm, might have to go shopping on ebay!
