Hello again!

WOW! I can't believe it's been so long since I last posted. I am still quite busy with everything but art work. I am still trying to be creative even though I am concentrating on other things. I have been working extremely hard around the house.
My friend has been here from Texas for the past 6 weeks helping me out. She has been a tremendous help to me. I purchased some new den furniture along with some new curtains etc. I am posting a picture of that this morning. As you will see, my baby Dexter is loving my new chair. He thinks it was purchased just for him!
Next week...we rip out the old kitchen...what a job that will be. My new cupboards arrive Wednesday & I am off to buy all new appliances this week. It's been a long time coming but I am making progress. It helps a lot to keep busy but I am still trying to adjust to all the changes in my life.
Thanks to all of you that have hung in there with me.

Nice changes Diane!! Might not be artwork but it takes a lot of creativity to redesign your living space. It's amazing how you can get those long stretches between posts...or my favorite.. when my net goes down and I lose my long winded post!! :)

Hi sweet Diane
Oh thank you for peeking in to say HI!
You have been mighty busy I see.
Your new furniture looks like beautiful art work! The pictures on the walls too! Did you paint them? I can see why Dexter would think the chair was his- I would think the same thing!
Furniture looks soooo comfy and creative.
Are you getting a new stove? Moms wish we had a stove with the pretend burners.
Come back soon and show us more!
sending love to you

How fun that you are redecorating and how wonderful that you have a friend staying for company and help.

That IS a huge stove that you sold.

Your new furniture looks lovely--Dexter is right at home!
