It's official. The California Supreme Court has upheld Proposition 8. Am I disappointed? ABSOLUTELY! I am not only disappointed, I am thoroughly DISGUSTED! My heart goes out to all the same sex couples that continue to be ripped of their rights
to marry the ones they love. I am really not feeling very proud of my native state today. Sad, sad day in California!

I agree with you Diane. This is so sad and wrong that in this day and age there can be such a horrendous law. Who in the hell has the right to tell others who they should marry? I find it appalling.
We want to thank you Diane for speaking from your heart, and taking a stand. We were very sad about this too. We keep wishing the world will change and stomp out the hate. So many mean hearted people in the world.
However we are very thankful the jewels that we find like you, who have love and understanding in their hearts.

i agree and why are there not more protests? because most people just don't understand civil rights and what they mean???....makes me feel like i really live in an Idiocracy...have you seen that movie?? oy....
