Rest in peace my sweet Dexter

Well...I am a bit behind on posting because I have just lacked motivation. My sweet Bengal boy, Dexter crossed over the rainbow bridge on July 4th & our hearts are trying to heal. He got very sick very fast. He spent 4days in the emergency hospital on oxygen but it was all too much for my little angel to overcome. He was not even 5 years old yet & I can't even begin to tell you how much we miss him! He had heart disease as well as severe anemia. They also believe he had lymphoma or leukemia once they did a spleen aspiration.  I want to share some of my favorite pics of my sweet boy....he was indeed the most beautiful boy I have ever had. I should have named him REGAL because that's what he was.

OH Diane, I am truly sorry for your loss. Your heart must break a bit every time you think of Dexter. He was most assuredly a regal, beautiful boy. I know he is romping around right now with my Harry enjoying some tuna and a roll in some fresh mown grass. Probably sneaking a bit of catnip also! Just know that he had a grand life with you while he was here. Could a cat ask for anything more? Wonderful pictures of your very Regal Dexter, thank you for sharing them with us. Cyber hugs.

I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful little boy. It's always hard to loose a beloved pet. They trust us. And we can't tell them what's going on with them. They are like little children. So innocent.

My thoughts are with you.

Dear Aunt Diane
I know Dexter was so much what made your heart beat.
I know the day that Dexter got his angels wings,, he became so free, and full of life.
He was not loaned to you for very long,,, and it does not seem fair at all. I know he helped heal your heart when you needed him most.
But I think maybe Dexter was a given a mission where he could help another heart,,, maybe at the Rainbow Bridge. Dexter was special.
We are so sorry.
The photos you shared showed the love in his eyes. You gave him the best life ever.
You made his life so happy.
We send healing wishes that you heart and Tims hearts heal.
We love you
xoxo

Diane, I'm so sorry. The worst part of loving an animal is losing it. Even though I've been there many times, it's just as difficult with each one.
