I want to take a moment to thank one of my dear blogging friends, Brenda Seaholm-Wampler at http://memoriesandtreasures.blogspot.com/. Please check out Brenda's blog. She does beautiful work with some of her art even featured in Cloth Paper Scissors.
When Brenda saw my post about my sister moving back to California she sent me a note asking if I would let her make a pendant, using my sister's young picture, to give her for a coming home gift. I was so touched by her kindness & so was my sister, Gail. She LOVED the pendant. Brenda, we both send you a big hug for your kindness! I have included a pic of the wonderful pendant as well as the two sisters. I am on the left & Gail's on the right. I am so glad to have her home.

What a 'giving' new friend to do that. Yes family is so important, and so are new friends.
